By accessing and using AuraPC, you fully agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue your use of the platform.

2. Service Description & Pricing Disclaimer

AuraPC is an AI-powered intelligence platform that assists users with PC building compatibility and price comparisons across retail stores in Egypt.

Please review the following disclaimers:

• Prices are Advisory: We fetch prices periodically from popular stores like Sigma, El Badr, etc. However, actual in-store pricing might vary due to fast-moving market fluctuations.
• Compatibility Checking: Our system uses software algorithms and AI heuristics to recommend compatible components. You must verify part compatibility on the official manufacturer's page before purchasing. We are not liable for wrong purchases.
• Third-Party Retailers: We provide referral links to retail stores. We are not a broker, agent, or merchant of record for any transaction you carry out with these stores.

3. Accounts, Subscriptions & Ad Rewards

Free tiers are subject to usage caps (e.g. 2 comparisons per week). Users can unlock additional capacity by:

• Subscribing to premium monthly plans.
• Completing voluntary ad views (video or timed popups) to earn bonus credits. You agree to watch the ads legitimately without using ad-blockers to earn these credits.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to perform any of the following:

• Using scrapers, crawlers, or automation software to download pricing and part databases from AuraPC.
• Exploiting the AI Assistant interface to send malicious inputs, spam, or try to disrupt the RAG service.
• Creating duplicate fake accounts to bypass the weekly usage and API limits.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AuraPC and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, pricing data, or any hardware choices made based on AI advice.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any legal disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.

7. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the platform indicates your agreement to the updated terms.
