AuraPC bridges this gap by acting as a virtual hardware expert. We track stock and prices across major Egyptian retailers on a three-day refresh cycle, perform bottleneck and compatibility checks, and leverage AI to help you decide what to buy, where to buy, and when to buy to maximize your budget.
AuraPC runs automated scrapers against Egyptian PC hardware retailers and reads each product's listed price, availability and specifications directly from the store's own pages. Nothing is estimated, converted from another currency, or supplied by the retailers themselves. Every price traces back to a specific listing at a specific store, and every product links out to the page it came from so you can verify it yourself.
The catalog refreshes on a three-day cycle, which means a price can be up to seventy-two hours stale — a retailer that changed a price this morning will not be reflected until the next run. Stock status carries the same lag. AuraPC is a research tool for narrowing a decision, not a live checkout feed, and the store's own page is always the final word on price and availability.
AuraPC does not sell hardware, hold inventory, or process orders. It takes no commission on purchases and has no commercial relationship with the retailers it tracks, so there is no incentive to rank one store above another. The platform is funded by optional paid plans that raise usage limits on the AI assistant, and by advertising. The price data itself is free to browse.
AuraPC is built and maintained by Ahmed Mohamed, a software engineer based in Egypt. It is a one-person project — the scrapers, the compatibility rules, the AI assistant and this site are all his work. That also means one person is accountable for the data being right: if something here is wrong, there is no committee to hide behind.
